Often when people visit Munich and Germany they are surprised to see how clean it is. People clean up after their dogs, they throw their trash away in the proper receptacle, of course, and even though eating and drinking on the subway is allowed it's generally pretty tidy.

If only France were the same. I agree that Germany and Switzerland are one of the cleanest places on earth!
