Lately Germany is catching some flak for their passion for cold hard cash instead of credit and debit cards. Shoppers Delight
The German economy doesn't seem to be hurting. Virtually anytime you're in the Altstadt there are plenty of people walking around and shopping. I hope Germany takes the flak with a grain of salt.
A friend once said to me. "If they don't have the cash to pay for it now, what makes people think they will have the cash to pay for it later?"
It's no wonder Germans are thriving while many are not.
