The high end brand filed for insolvency last year and was bought out by the Indian Mittal family, which is based in London.

No one loves espresso more than I, but it would be preferable to see a small business owner take over the space and turn it into a local cafe/bar. It is the same old story; who needs another Starbucks, or the equivalent? Oh well.
